Our goal is simple: Better Government! And although this may sound like an oxymoron, members have proven time and again it can be done!
But what type of person in drawn into the fight for better government? What motivates him or her to “take the plunge?” Before we discuss that, let’s first define “Mainstream America.”
This great country, the United States of America, was founded under a Constitution and a Bill of Rights. That is the center of our Republic... “Mainstream America.”
We define those who veer to the left of center - the gun grabbers, the “one worlders,” and the socialists - as the “Left Wing” and the “Far Left.”
We define those who veer to the right - those who would bend the Constitution to advance agenda such as absolute “pro-life,” unbridled immigration to force lower wages, or “free trade” in order to achieve lower costs in the manufacturing process - as the “Right Wing” and the “Far Right”
Years of experience have shown that those drawn to the Impact philosophy fall in the Center and to the slight left or right of Center. These are the individuals who believe in restoring government to those principles which made it great in the first place.
But these individuals cannot succeed without knowledge. And the Impact website is where you will find the reliable information needed to gain the edge over others.
It has often been said that properly armed with factual data backed by impeccable sources, a grassroots activist can be a politicians best friend or worse nightmare. Errant politicians... beware!
